I’m Katharina, an outdoor photographer with a passion for capturing emotions and moments in nature. My love for photography was inspired by my childhood in the German Alps, where I spent most of my time exploring the great outdoors. Now living in Ontario, Canada, I continue to immerse myself in nature, always equipped with a camera or smartphone to document my adventures.

My approach is to create imagery that allows you to be in the now and create memories that engage others and build trust. I use natural light and beautiful landscapes to create stunning, authentic images. As a child of the mountains, I have a deep-rooted passion for capturing life’s adventures, whether it’s hiking, camping, trail running, or skiing. Now, as I sit outdoors at home, surrounded by nature, I’m reminded of how unique and exhilarating this lifestyle is.

I believe that photographs are essential for preserving the emotions and experiences of each journey. Some of my key milestones include photographing events like trail running and gravel biking, as well as working with renowned outdoor brands. Every stunning sunset, mountain landscape, and serene lake I capture is a milestone in itself, but the greatest reward is seeing how my work brings joy to others.

With a background in project management, I excel in communication, gathering people together, and meticulous planning—skills that greatly enhance my photography projects.
